The Chief Finance Officer shall be competent and experienced in the fields of multinational operation and capital market (listed companies with market value of RMB 10 billion and above), and be capable of proficiently organizing a team and commanding the team to implement the company's development strategies. He / She shall: (I) prepare global budget programs for the company and guarantee implementation and achievement of budget indexes; (II) know the operation laws of financial capital markets in different countries or regions, be competent in operating a high-level capital market and provide financial support for the company's development, and effectively prevent and control risks.
The Global Market Operating Officer shall have a marketing concept of global markets, and be able to, based on market layout, conscientiously make a reasonable plan, build an advanced marketing mode and organize a strong marketing implementation team, to implement the company's strategic target of earning a global brand. He / She shall: (I) make sure that the company's manufacturing growth rate and market increment reach at least 12% or above each year (compared with the sales volume in the previous year), and that the sales volume of innovative products is not less than 20%; (II) ensure that the company's management benefits show sustainable growth and that the yearly growth rate of total profit is not less than 12%; (III) be able to build and operate an e-commerce platform.
The Talents and Human Resources Executive Officer shall have the skills and capabilities for managing talents and human resources in multinational corporations. He / She shall: (I) be able to build a talent system in the manufacturing field throughout the world; (II) be able to build a talent system in the R&D field worldwide; (III) be able to build a global marketing network talent system.
The System Application Automation and Informatization Operating Officer shall know about globally advanced automation and informatization, and shall have the experience in management and use, particularly the skills and experience for automation and informatization in the fields of rubber, plastic, automobiles, tyres, etc. He / She shall design, apply and manage an automation and informatization system for the global manufacturing base, build a global information platform centered on the company's headquarters, and apply RFID technology to tyre products.

High salaries and satisfactory returns will be provided for scientists, scholars, experts, etc. in the field of research on basic theories according to their research subjects and achievements, and the specific salaries will be discussed personally.
For senior talents in multinational operation, salaries will be provided as per the standards below (in RMB, or in US dollar converted):
For Global Chief Finance Officer, the standard of annual salary: RMB 5-6.6 million.
For Global Market Operating Officer (for both Chinese and international markets), the standard of annual salary: RMB 5-6.6 million.
For Global Talents and Human Resources Executive Officer, standard of annual salary: RMB 3-5 million.
For Global System Application Automation and Informatization Operating Officer, the standard of annual salary: RMB 2.6-4 million.
For Global Staff Quality Training Executive Officer, the standard of annual salary: RMB 2-3 million.
Salaries of the above positions will be paid stepwise on a yearly basis within two years. For example, if the salary for the position of the 5th class is RMB 2 million for the first year, and the salary for the second year will be paid as per the salary agreed by the two parties. After two years, if the position behavior competency meets the position requirements upon assessment, the salary for the third year will be paid as per the salary agreed by the two parties, and the balances of the salaries of the previous two years will be paid at the same time.
